At Marco Bogazzi, we believe the delivery of your furniture should match the care and craftsmanship that went into building it. To ensure your investment arrives in pristine condition, we do not use flat-pack shipping.

With the exception of a few small accent tables, all of our furniture ships 100% fully assembled. No complicated instructions, no tools required—your piece is ready for your home the moment it arrives.

Our Shipping Methods

We tailor our shipping methods directly to the size and weight of your order to guarantee the safest transit possible:

Boxed Freight (Smaller Items & Chairs)

For chairs, stools, and smaller accent pieces, we utilize premium carriers like UPS or FedEx.

  • The Process: Each piece is meticulously packed, padded, and secured in heavy-duty, double-walled boxes to completely eliminate shifting during transit.

  • Tracking: You will receive a direct tracking number the moment your package leaves our Portland studio.

Blanket-Wrap Freight (Larger Items & Tables)

For dining tables, chairs, large consoles, and substantial heirloom pieces, we partner exclusively with specialized Blanket-Wrap Freight Carriers.

  • The Process: Your furniture is never boxed or crated tightly against cardboard. Instead, it is wrapped in thick, heavy-duty moving blankets and strapped securely inside specialized air-ride suspension trucks.

  • Delivery Appointment: The carrier will contact you directly via phone/text 24–48 hours in advance to schedule a specific delivery window that fits your schedule.

Production Timeline & Transit

Because everything in our studio is built to order, timing is split into two phases:

  1. Studio Lead Time: Our current workshop build time is generally 6-8 weeks. We will email you within 24 hours of placing your order to confirm your exact wood choice, finish preferences, and estimated completion date.

  2. Transit Time: Once your piece leaves our Portland, Oregon studio, transit typically takes 5–7 business days for UPS/FedEx shipments, and 1–3 weeks for blanket-wrap freight depending on your distance from the Pacific Northwest.

Receiving Your Delivery

Your peace of mind is our priority. When your furniture arrives:

  • For UPS/FedEx: Inspect the outer box briefly. If you notice any significant punctures, simply snap a quick photo before opening.

  • For Blanket-Wrap Freight: The delivery team will unwrap the piece for you. We ask that you take a quick look to confirm everything is flawless before signing the driver's release log.
